Coromandel International reported standalone revenue of Rs. 30,530.89 crore for FY2026, up 27% from Rs. 24,064.25 crore in FY2025, driven by strong performance in both Nutrient and Crop Protection segments. Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 2,008.58 crore versus Rs. 1,940.90 crore in FY2025, a modest 3.5% increase due to an exceptional impairment charge of Rs. 125.15 crore related to the Drones subsidiary. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (200% on face value). The company also approved issuance of a corporate guarantee of up to USD 15.5 million for its 71.51%-owned Senegal subsidiary Baobab Mining & Chemicals Corporation. Statutory auditors S R Batliboi & Associates LLP were reappointed for a second term of 5 years. The auditors issued unmodified (clean) reports on both standalone and consolidated financials.
Revenue growth of 27% indicates strong business momentum, though the impairment charge on the Drones subsidiary and modest PAT growth may create some investor caution. The consistent dividend payout remains positive for shareholders.
