Corona Remedies reported full-year standalone revenue of Rs.1,403.18 Crores, up 17.3% from Rs.1,196.42 Crores in the prior year. Net profit after tax grew 24% to Rs.184.85 Crores from Rs.149.05 Crores. Q4 revenue stood at Rs.353.09 Crores vs Rs.293.69 Crores in Q4 FY25. The company recorded an exceptional charge of Rs.19.10 Crores (Rs.14.29 Crores post-tax) due to the statutory impact of new labour codes (gratuity and compensated absences), which reduced PBT to Rs.240.15 Crores. EBITDA margin expanded year-on-year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs.10 per share (100% payout). Auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells gave an unmodified opinion. The company listed on NSE and BSE in December 2025 via an IPO. Cash generated from operating activities was Rs.229.48 Crores, showing healthy cash generation.
Revenue growth of ~17% and PAT growth of ~24% indicate solid operational performance. However, the exceptional labour code charge of Rs.19.10 Crores weighed on full-year profits. The stock has listed recently (Dec 2025) and positive results with an unmodified audit opinion are encouraging for investor confidence.
