Q2 revenue rose 4.4% to Rs 441.17 crore; profit was flat at Rs 60.31 crore and EBITDA margin eased to 22.3% from 22.8%. Half-year revenue rose 22.0% to Rs 863.60 crore, profit rose 22.2% to Rs 120.42 crore and EBITDA margin improved to 22.6% from 21.6%. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs 112.73 crore versus Rs 113.44 crore. Auditor reviews were unmodified. The Rs 19.10 crore labour-code charge was a prior-year exceptional item.
Revenue and profit growth support the half-year outlook, but flat Q2 profit and a lower Q2 EBITDA margin point to near-term pressure on the stock.
