Cosmo Ferrites filed its FY26 annual report. Net sales rose about 15 percent to Rs 9,859 lakhs from Rs 8,566 lakhs. Operating profit before interest, depreciation and tax more than doubled to Rs 902 lakhs from Rs 394 lakhs. But high finance costs of Rs 608 lakhs kept the firm in losses, with profit after tax at minus Rs 159 lakhs versus minus Rs 566 lakhs last year. No dividend declared. Company redeemed Rs 2 crore preference shares. Auditors gave clean reports.
Loss narrowed meaningfully and revenue grew, but the company remains loss-making and paid no dividend, capping near-term shareholder returns.
