Cosmo Ferrites Ltd reported strong recovery in Q4 FY26 with revenue of ₹2,719 Lakhs, up 40% YoY from ₹1,948 Lakhs, driven by higher sales volumes and improved average realizations. Full-year revenue grew 15% to ₹9,859 Lakhs from ₹8,566 Lakhs. EBITDA more than doubled for the full year to ₹901 Lakhs vs ₹394 Lakhs in FY25, and Q4 EBITDA surged to ₹303 Lakhs from just ₹46 Lakhs in Q4 FY25. The company expanded its customer base in EV, solar, automotive, and telecom sectors, and launched new low-loss ferrite powders. Despite the turnaround, the company remains loss-making at PAT level for the full year (-₹158 Lakhs vs -₹566 Lakhs in FY25), though Q4 did turn profitable at ₹26 Lakhs PAT.
The sharp EBITDA recovery signals operational leverage is kicking in, and the EV/solar focus bodes well for future growth, but the full-year PAT remaining negative keeps profitability concerns alive.
