COSYN Limited, an IT services company, reported its audited FY25 results with revenue from operations of Rs 1,480.55 lakhs, down about 4.5% from Rs 1,550.42 lakhs in FY24. Other income surged sharply to Rs 217.66 lakhs (vs Rs 22.77 lakhs last year), lifting total income to Rs 1,698.21 lakhs. Profit after tax rose roughly 4x to Rs 16.02 lakhs from Rs 4.12 lakhs, while basic EPS stood at Rs 0.22 (vs Rs 0.05). Q4 FY25 revenue was broadly flat at Rs 478.21 lakhs but quarterly PAT fell sharply to Rs 7.32 lakhs from Rs 81.93 lakhs a year ago. Operating cash flow remained negative at Rs -21.13 lakhs, though improved from Rs -170.09 lakhs in FY24. Auditor Suryanarayana & Suresh issued an unmodified opinion, and M/s. Vittal & Co was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY26.
Modest revenue dip is offset by a jump in other income, boosting bottom line; however, weak Q4 PAT, negative operating cash flow, and very low cash balance (Rs 11.98 lakhs) suggest fragile cash generation that shareholders should track closely.
