COSYN Limited reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 273.54 lakhs, down about 17% from Rs 330.83 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Other income for the quarter was Rs 17.48 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue from operations stood at Rs 918.88 lakhs versus Rs 1,002.34 lakhs in the same period last year, an 8.3% decline. Profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was a modest Rs 2.68 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.04) and for 9M FY26 was Rs 6.49 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.11), both lower than the year-ago periods. The statutory auditor (Suryanarayana & Suresh) issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board also decided to defer any discussion on fund raising.
Declining revenue and shrinking profits suggest weakening business momentum and may weigh on the stock in the short term; the deferral of fund-raising plans removes near-term dilution risk but could also indicate management is waiting for better market conditions.
