Country Club Hospitality reported FY26 audited results. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 70 percent to Rs 7,831.52 lakhs from Rs 4,597 lakhs. Standalone PAT was Rs 42.96 lakhs vs Rs 169.9 lakh loss last year. Consolidated PAT swung to a loss of Rs 1,763.41 lakhs from Rs 437.93 lakh profit, hit by a one-time Rs 2,561.54 lakh goodwill impairment in subsidiaries. Auditor gave unmodified opinion with emphasis of matter on subsidiary investments carried at historical cost.
Standalone growth and turnaround to profit is positive, but the Rs 2,561 lakh consolidated goodwill impairment drove a large group loss - mixed signals for the stock.
