Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs 1,536.42 lakhs from Rs 1,832.60 lakhs YoY, and total revenue dropped to Rs 1,586.62 lakhs from Rs 2,543.34 lakhs. Real estate segment booked revenue from 10 flats of Osadia Realty. Hotel and Membership segment loss narrowed to Rs 41.10 lakhs from Rs 343.93 lakhs. Sharp revenue decline in real estate segment is a concern despite better profitability; auditor emphasis on subsidiary valuation is a watch item.
