Court disposes writ petition against SEBI, asks it to treat as representation

Visesh Infotecnics informed exchanges that Delhi High Court has disposed of its writ petition against SEBI and others. The company had sought directions to revise custodial and dematerialization charges for distressed issuers and to quash certain SEBI circulars. On December 9, 2025, Justice Sachin Datta disposed of the petition, directing respondents to treat it as a representation and decide on its merits, with intimation to the petitioner.
