Craftsman Automation has fixed Monday, 14th July 2025 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the final dividend. The Register of Members will be closed from Tuesday, 15th July 2025 to Monday, 21st July 2025 (both days inclusive). The Board had earlier, on 7th May 2025, recommended a final dividend of Rs.5 per equity share (100%) on shares of Rs.5 face value for FY ended 31st March 2025. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the 39th Annual General Meeting.
