Craftsman Automation reported strong FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of ₹8,06,927 Lakhs, up 42% from ₹5,69,048 Lakhs in FY2025. PAT grew 91% to ₹38,399 Lakhs from ₹20,087 Lakhs, while EPS improved to ₹175.74 from ₹82.39. Q4 PAT was ₹11,642 Lakhs, up 74% year-on-year. All three segments showed robust growth: Aluminium Products (58%), Industrial & Engineering (30%), and Powertrain (20%). Exceptional items of ₹1,295 Lakhs included labour code changes and relocation costs. The company acquired Suprash Developers and Srikara Technologies during the year. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Board recommended a dividend of 225% (₹11.25 per share).
Strong operational performance with nearly doubling of PAT demonstrates excellent execution across segments. The 42% revenue growth significantly outpaces industry averages and should be positive for the stock. However, acquisitions and expansion capex may keep debt elevated.
