Cravatex Limited reported standalone total income of Rs.1,648.18 Lacs for FY2025-26, up 15% from Rs.1,432.66 Lacs in FY2024-25. Profit after tax grew 14% to Rs.555.01 Lacs from Rs.486.31 Lacs, with EPS improving to Rs.21.48 from Rs.18.82. The Q4 results showed particularly strong performance with PAT of Rs.213.77 Lacs compared to just Rs.1.77 Lacs in Q4 FY25. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs.13 per share (130%), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for 31st July 2026. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. The company operates in one business segment and has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: BB (UK) Limited and BB Europe GmbH.
Positive results with 14% PAT growth and a generous 130% dividend indicate confidence in financial health. However, the negative operating cash flow of Rs.250.03 Lacs warrants monitoring despite improvement from prior year's negative Rs.338.70 Lacs.
