Cravatex's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25 (ended March 31, 2025) with an unmodified (clean) auditor's opinion from GPS & Associates. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 12.50 per share (125%) on equity shares of Rs. 10 face value, subject to shareholder approval. The 73rd AGM is set for August 6, 2025 via video conferencing, with the record date on July 30, 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations fell about 14% YoY to Rs. 17,376.41 lacs from Rs. 20,263.23 lacs, though profit after tax was nearly flat at Rs. 482.84 lacs (vs Rs. 482.76 lacs). Standalone revenue from operations more than doubled to Rs. 479.59 lacs and PAT rose to Rs. 486.31 lacs from Rs. 353.81 lacs. Consolidated operating cash flow dropped sharply to Rs. 298.50 lacs from Rs. 1,905.84 lacs, and standalone operating cash flow remained negative at Rs. (338.70) lacs versus Rs. (245.86) lacs.
The clean auditor opinion and a generous 125% dividend signal confidence and decent cash returns for shareholders. However, the consolidated revenue decline and sharp drop in operating cash flow point to underlying business softness that investors should weigh against the headline dividend.
