Cravatex Ltd reported unaudited Q3 FY26 results (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹313.12 lakhs from ₹253.76 lakhs YoY, while nine-month revenue grew sharply to ₹709.84 lakhs vs ₹479.59 lakhs (up ~48%), driven mainly by other income. Standalone Q3 PAT was ₹264.02 lakhs (EPS ₹10.22), but nine-month PAT fell to ₹341.25 lakhs from ₹484.54 lakhs due to higher purchase costs and lower other income. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue was ₹3,678.92 lakhs and nine-month revenue was ₹11,136.13 lakhs (broadly flat YoY), while consolidated PAT jumped to ₹519.59 lakhs for 9M (up ~53% YoY) helped by subsidiaries BB (UK) Ltd and BB Europe GmbH. The statutory auditor (GPS & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both sets of results.
Mixed picture for shareholders: strong standalone revenue growth is encouraging, but standalone profitability has compressed YoY. Consolidated earnings are materially higher thanks to overseas subsidiaries, which is a positive signal for the stock, though consolidated top-line growth remains modest.
