On the reaction day the stock moved 3.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.5 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board allotted 7.6 million convertible equity warrants to promoter Aditya Vikram Kanoria at Rs 30 per warrant, including a Rs 28 premium, for Rs 22.8 crore. The company received 25 percent, or Rs 5.7 crore, upfront. Each warrant can be converted into one Rs 2 face-value share within 18 months after the balance is paid.
Paid-up capital is unchanged for now; conversion could dilute existing holders and add up to 7.6 million shares.
