NBFC-ML CreditAccess Grameen reported Q3 FY26 total income of Rs 1,491.31 cr versus Rs 1,381.93 cr ahead of that a year ago. PAT swung to Rs 252.09 cr from a loss of Rs 99.52 cr, helped by lower impairment costs of Rs 342.57 cr versus Rs 751.86 cr. For 9M FY26, PAT stood at Rs 438.09 cr versus Rs 484.19 cr. Net worth is Rs 7,413.34 cr, CRAR 26.44 percent, debt-equity 2.79, gross stage 3 at 4.04 percent. Board also approved grant of 9,12,500 stock options at Rs 1,344.97 each under ESOP 2011.
Sequential PAT turnaround driven by lower credit costs; strong capital buffer. 9M PAT is slightly lower YoY. ESOP grant adds small dilution.
