On the reaction day the stock moved 4.5 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 4.2 pts less than its Finance peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 revenue was Rs 1,508.35 crore, up 3.1% from Q1, while profit after tax doubled to Rs 125.81 crore from Rs 60.19 crore. However, standalone H1 profit after tax fell 68.1% to Rs 186.06 crore from Rs 583.72 crore as impairment charges rose to Rs 1,097.52 crore from Rs 594.74 crore. H1 operating cash flow fell to Rs 315.02 crore from Rs 2,136.14 crore but stayed positive. Debt-equity was 2.82, and the review found no material issue.
Quarterly rebound supports sentiment, but weaker H1 profit and cash flow, higher impairment and 2.82 debt-equity ratio make the outlook cautious.
