Creditor demands Rs 129.50 Cr loan repayment within 10 days

Smaart Tech Services received a demand notice from Kripa Anand Rishi Cellular Pvt Ltd for immediate repayment of an inter-corporate loan of Rs 129.50 Crores plus interest at 9.83 percent per annum from 2 June 2026. The creditor has given 10 days to repay, failing which legal action will be initiated. The company is evaluating the notice and exploring an amicable resolution or time extension with the creditor.
