Creditors approve claim list and ratify email; reject insurance cost

At the twentieth Committee of Creditors meeting for Jaiprakash Associates, e-voting approved the verified list of creditor claims with 89.07 percent and ratified a September 2 email to resolution applicants with 89.48 percent. A proposal to approve insurance cost as part of the insolvency process was rejected with 3.61 percent, against 51 percent required.
