The Fund-Raising Committee of Crescentis Capital will meet on 29 October 2026 to approve terms of a proposed rights issue of up to Rs 80 crore. The board approved the plan on 30 September 2026, and BSE has granted in-principle listing approval for the new fully paid shares. The committee will set the price, issue size, entitlement ratio, record date and timetable for shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.
The rights issue may dilute existing holdings. The issue price, entitlement ratio and record date are pending and could affect the stock price.
