The board approved CRISIL's unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 and a third interim dividend of Rs 16 per share, payable November 6, 2025. Consolidated quarterly revenue rose 12% to Rs 911.24 crore from Rs 811.84 crore a year earlier, while net profit rose 13% to Rs 193.10 crore from Rs 171.55 crore. For nine months, revenue was Rs 2,567.44 crore and net profit Rs 524.51 crore.
Dividend provides cash income; higher profit may support sentiment. The filing omits the share price, so dividend yield cannot be confirmed.
