CRISIL’s consolidated revenue from operations rose 20.2% year on year to Rs 1,095.16 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Nine-month revenue rose 25.7% to Rs 3,228.21 crore. Consolidated net profit was Rs 204.64 crore for the quarter and Rs 664.26 crore for nine months, versus Rs 193.10 crore and Rs 524.51 crore. It declared a third interim dividend of Rs 17 per share, payable by November 17. The review found no material issue.
Consolidated growth and the Rs 17 dividend may support sentiment, but standalone nine-month profit fell 6.5%, making the outlook mixed.
