CRISIL Limited's board, at its meeting on July 21, 2026, approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations for Q1 FY2026 stood at Rs. 1,075.39 crore, up about 28% from Rs. 843.02 crore in Q1 FY2025, while net profit rose to Rs. 216.46 crore from Rs. 171.67 crore. For H1 FY2026, revenue reached Rs. 2,133.05 crore and net profit Rs. 449.72 crore. The board also approved a second interim dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share (face value Re. 1), to be paid on or before August 5, 2026. Non-executive Director Mr. Saugata Saha resigned effective July 21, 2026, and Mr. Abhishek Tomar was appointed as Additional (Non-executive) Director effective July 22, 2026.
Positive for shareholders — the dividend rewards investors and the strong YoY growth in revenue and profits reflects healthy business momentum. The board reshuffle is routine and unlikely to materially affect operations.
