Crisil's Q3 FY26 revenue from operations rose 20.2% to Rs 911 crore, profit before tax rose 5.3% to Rs 262 crore, and profit after tax rose 5.9% to Rs 276 crore. For 9M FY26, revenue from operations and profit after tax grew 25.7% and 24.7%. The interim dividend was Rs 17 per share. Ratings Services profit rose 28.6%, while Research, Analytics and Solutions profit fell 8.3% as margin fell to 17.2%. Coalition growth slowed after strong H1 renewal conversions.
Strong growth and a higher dividend support sentiment, but weak Research, Analytics and Solutions profit may weigh on the stock if it persists.
