On the reaction day the stock moved 3.7 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 5.0 pts more than its Other Financial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 12% to Rs 911.24 crore and net profit rose 13% to Rs 193.10 crore. Nine-month revenue was Rs 2,567.44 crore and net profit Rs 524.51 crore. The review report was unmodified. A third interim dividend of Rs 16 per share is payable on November 6, 2025. CRISIL also plans a USD 38 million acquisition, about Rs 335 crore. Standalone prior figures were restated for the Bridge to India merger.
Revenue and profit growth and the dividend may support the stock, while the acquisition adds cash and integration risk.
