On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts less than its Internet & Catalogue Retail peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 operating income fell 36.7% year on year to INR 1,027 million as geopolitical disruption and currency moves caused students to defer intake. PAT was INR 369 million and EBITDA margin was 32%. Management expects Q3 revenue growth of 10% to 12% and FY27 revenue and profit in line with FY26. It expects a total FY27 dividend of INR 8 to INR 10 per share and targets 30% of revenue from outside the UK by FY30.
Q2 weakness may hurt sentiment, but Q3 growth, flat FY27 earnings and a high dividend may support the stock; UK visa policy remains the main risk.
