Q2 FY27 revenue rose 18.2% to Rs 2,263 crore and EBITDA was Rs 205 crore, up 24.1%, with margin up 40 bps to 9%. Profit before tax excluding one-off items grew 36.2%. About 80% of raw material cost increases have been passed on through price hikes of 15-16%. Supply disruptions are over and inventories are normal. Management sees further margin gains from Unnati savings and scale, targeting 11-12% EBITDA margin by FY29.
Strong growth and margin gains support sentiment, but commodity inflation and price hikes may curb demand. FY29 margin target offers upside.
