Unaudited consolidated Q2 revenue rose 1% to Rs 1,915.57 crore, but profit after tax fell 41% to Rs 75.42 crore. For the half-year, revenue declined 3% to Rs 3,913.95 crore and profit after tax fell 29% to Rs 199.32 crore. Results include a Rs 20.36 crore Vadodara plant restructuring charge. The company repaid Rs 300 crore of debentures and generated Rs 43.76 crore from operations.
Falling profit and weaker half-year margins may pressure the stock, though debt repayment and positive cash from operations support financial resilience.
