The Board of Cropster Agro approved audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations jumped to Rs 19,429.92 lacs in FY25, more than tripling from Rs 6,071.24 lacs in FY24, a growth of roughly 220% year-on-year. Q4 revenue also nearly doubled to Rs 5,569.26 lacs versus Rs 2,745.29 lacs in Q4 FY24. Profit after tax rose modestly to Rs 1,299.23 lacs from Rs 1,108.18 lacs, about 17% growth, with EPS at Rs 0.15 versus Rs 4.43 earlier (distorted because equity share capital expanded sharply from Rs 2,500 lacs to Rs 8,400 lacs during the year). The Board did not recommend any dividend. Statutory auditor J. Singh & Associates gave an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
The headline revenue surge is strong and likely positive for the stock, but the flat-to-modest profit growth and deeply negative operating cash flow of Rs (3,622) lacs raise concerns about cash collection and working-capital quality. Shareholders should watch for sustainability of this revenue jump and whether receivables are eventually realised.
