Crown Lifters Limited reported its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose to Rs 1,006.92 lakhs, up about 32% from Rs 763.44 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Total income grew to Rs 1,066.23 lakhs versus Rs 793.30 lakhs. Profit before tax and exceptional items stood at Rs 376.88 lakhs versus Rs 233.90 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, an increase of roughly 61%. Reported net profit after tax came in at Rs 280.88 lakhs, lower than the Rs 1,095.66 lakhs reported in Q1 FY25, which had included a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 1,228.04 lakhs from a change in depreciation policy and an asset sale loss. Basic EPS for the quarter was Rs 2.49. The auditor (Vishwas & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report and noted reliance on the predecessor auditor's review of comparative figures.
Strong operational performance with revenue growth of over 30% and meaningful improvement in core profitability, though headline PAT looks weak only because Q1 FY25 had a non-recurring exceptional gain. The board also re-appointed the Internal Auditor and recommended a new Secretarial Auditor, with the 23rd AGM set for September 25, 2025. Overall, the results point to healthy business momentum rather than any concern for shareholders.
