CSB Bank reported strong FY26 results with deposits growing 20% YoY to ₹44,246 crore and net advances rising 26% to ₹39,848 crore, driven by 53% growth in gold loans. Net Interest Income grew 17% for FY26 to ₹1,720 crore while Q4 NII jumped 25% YoY to ₹464 crore. Non-interest income increased 21% YoY to ₹1,177 crore for the full year. PAT for FY26 stood at ₹633 crore, up 7% YoY, though Q4 PAT of ₹202 crore grew 32% sequentially from Q3. Operating profit rose 19% YoY to ₹1,085 crore. Asset quality improved with GNPA at 1.66% and NNPA at 0.40%, both at lowest levels for the year. Capital adequacy remains robust at 20.66%.
The bank delivered healthy loan and deposit growth outperforming industry averages, with improved asset quality and strong capital buffers. However, the 7% PAT growth is modest compared to revenue growth of 17-25%, indicating margin pressure from rising interest costs (up 31% YoY).
