The board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Quarter income rose 10.6% year on year to Rs 161,248 lakh and net profit rose 14.0% to Rs 18,272 lakh. Half-year income was Rs 312,855 lakh and net profit Rs 33,276 lakh. Gross and net bad-loan ratios were 1.58% and 0.33%. Capital adequacy was 19.55%, and the auditors gave an unmodified review.
Higher profit and lower bad-loan ratios are positive, but capital adequacy fell from 20.99%, which may limit the upside.
