On the reaction day the stock moved 5.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.5 pts more than its Private Sector Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the September 2026 quarter, income rose 10.6% year on year to Rs 1,612.48 crore and net profit rose 14.0% to Rs 182.72 crore. Half-year net profit rose 19.3% to Rs 332.76 crore. Gross and net bad-loan ratios improved to 1.58% and 0.33%. Capital adequacy fell to 19.55% from 20.99%. The operating profit margin before provisions declined to 17.1% from 19.2%. The review was unmodified, but capital and liquidity disclosures were not reviewed.
Profit growth and better loan quality may support the share price, but a weaker operating margin and lower capital adequacy could limit gains.
