CSB Bank reported strong growth for FY26 with PAT of Rs 633 crore, up 7% from Rs 594 crore in FY25. Total deposits grew 20% YoY to Rs 44,246 crore while advances grew 26% YoY to Rs 39,848 crore, driven by 53% growth in gold loans. Net Interest Income rose 17% to Rs 1,720 crore for the full year. Q4 PAT was Rs 202 crore, up 6% YoY and 32% QoQ. Asset quality improved significantly with GNPA at 1.66% and NNPA at 0.40% as of March 2026. Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 20.66%, well above regulatory requirements. The bank completed a large-scale Core migration during the year and is entering the Scale Phase of its SBS 2030 vision.
The bank delivered healthy loan and deposit growth above industry averages with improving asset quality. Modest 7% PAT growth reflects margin pressures and increased provisions (up 112% for full year), but Q4 showed sequential acceleration. Strong capital position provides room for continued expansion.
