Cube Highways Trust files final offer document with SEBI for public listing

Cube Highways Trust's Investment Manager has filed the Final Offer Document with SEBI on July 27, 2026. This is for converting the Trust from a private listed InvIT to a public listed InvIT through an offer for sale of units by existing eligible unitholders, worth about Rs 50,000 million. The move follows unitholder approval from February 20, 2026.
