Cube Highways Trust's Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Total income rose to Rs. 6,809.18 million from Rs. 5,667.47 million in Q1 FY25, while profit after tax increased to Rs. 3,487.51 million from Rs. 3,187.36 million, translating to basic earnings of Rs. 2.59 per unit. Net Distributable Cash Flow (NDCF) at the Trust level surged to Rs. 3,391.38 million from Rs. 1,305.15 million a year ago. The Board declared a distribution of Rs. 2.50 per unit (Rs. 1.33 interest + Rs. 1.17 return of capital) on 1,344,069,762 ordinary units, aggregating to about Rs. 3,360 million, with a record date of August 4, 2025. Total assets stood at Rs. 2,97,591.56 million and total borrowings at Rs. 1,62,078.87 million, including new short-term commercial paper of Rs. 13,338.39 million.
