Cube Highways Trust's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25, with the statutory auditor issuing an unmodified opinion. The Trust declared a distribution of Rs. 3.75 per ordinary unit (non-diluted basis) for unitholders on record as of June 2, 2025. Profit for the year jumped sharply to Rs. 9,995.67 million from Rs. 3,477.96 million in FY24, while total income rose to Rs. 21,063.24 million. The Board also approved raising up to Rs. 3,300 Crores through bank facilities and non-convertible debt securities, plus commercial papers of up to Rs. 1,350 Crores. Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP was reappointed as the valuer for FY26, subject to unitholder approval.
Positive for unitholders — strong profit growth and a steady Rs. 3.75/unit distribution. The large fundraising plan (up to Rs. 4,650 Crores combined) signals upcoming expansion or refinancing activity, which may increase leverage but supports future growth.
