Cube Highways Trust announced its FY25 results, declaring a total Distribution Per Unit (DPU) of ₹11 for the year ended March 31, 2025, up from ₹10.09 in FY24. For Q4 alone, the DPU was ₹3.75, amounting to a total quarterly distribution of ₹500 crore. Consolidated income grew 12.3% year-on-year to ₹3,453 crore, while EBITDA rose 21.7% to ₹2,380 crore. Assets Under Management expanded 25% to ₹32,266 crore, traffic volumes grew 6.2%, and the Net Debt to Enterprise Value ratio stood at a healthy 44.65%. During the year, the trust acquired seven road assets and signed binding agreements for two more acquisitions. The record date is June 2, 2025, with payouts to be made on or before June 9, 2025.
