Cube Highways Trust (an InvIT) disclosed its half-yearly valuation report and Net Asset Value as of June 30, 2025. Independent valuer Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP used the Discounted Cash Flow method to value the trust's 27 road SPVs (spanning ~2,021 km across 13 states) at an Enterprise Value of ₹3,65,432 million (including financial assets) and an Equity Value of ₹1,84,120 million. NAV per ordinary unit is ₹137.97, and ₹134.20 per unit when including outstanding subordinate units. After the reclassification of 9.62 million subordinate units into ordinary units and extinguishment of 27.88 million subordinate units in July 2025, the revised NAV stands at ₹136.99 per unit. This disclosure is a routine regulatory requirement under SEBI (InvIT) Regulations and does not signal any operational change.
