Cummins India reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 3,374.93 crore, up about 18% YoY from Rs 2,858.71 crore. Consolidated PAT was largely flat at Rs 609.30 crore versus Rs 603.90 crore. Standalone PAT fell about 7.8% to Rs 543.01 crore. EBITDA margins compressed notably. Managing Director Shveta Arya resigned, effective Aug 31, 2026, to pursue external opportunities. A postal ballot was approved to revise independent director commission.
Strong revenue growth is offset by standalone profit dip and leadership change at the top, which may weigh on the stock near term.
