Cummins India posted strong Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue rose 27% YoY to Rs. 3,121.58 cr; PAT jumped nearly 39% to Rs. 622.33 cr. Half year revenue was Rs. 5,980.29 cr (up 26%) with PAT at Rs. 1,226.23 cr (up 34%). Standalone Q2 PAT grew about 42% to Rs. 637.69 cr. Numbers include a one-time gain of Rs. 44.15 cr (standalone) from sale of wholly owned subsidiary CSSPL. The board also approved a postal ballot seeking member approval for additional material related party transactions. Price Waterhouse issued an unqualified limited review.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth signal robust demand. One-time subsidiary gain and related party transaction approval are key monitorables.
