Cummins India reported FY2026 consolidated revenue of ₹11,949.73 crore (up 16.9% YoY) and consolidated PAT of ₹2,361.75 crore (up 18.1%). Standalone PAT grew stronger at ₹2,330.18 crore (up 22.3% YoY). EPS came in at ₹85.20 per share. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹46 per share (₹20 interim already paid, total ₹66 vs ₹51.50 prior year — 28% increase). Statutory auditor PwC received an unmodified (clean) opinion. Exceptional items of ₹94.20 crore net expense (labour code impact of ₹126.54 crore partially reversed by ₹32.34 crore) were recorded. The company also completed sale of subsidiary CSSPL. No going concern or qualification issues flagged. Auditors PwC were re-appointed for a second 5-year term.
Strong bottom-line growth with clean audit and higher dividend payout signals financial health, but slower revenue growth (17% vs 22% PAT growth) indicates margin expansion — positive for investors.
