Cummins India Limited reported strong FY2025-26 results with standalone revenue growing 17.5% to Rs 11,949.73 crore and profit after tax rising 22.3% to Rs 2,330.18 crore. Consolidated PAT increased 18.1% to Rs 2,361.75 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 46 per share (up from Rs 33.50), bringing total dividend for FY26 to Rs 66 per share. Price Waterhouse & Co was re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for a second 5-year term, and Joshi Apte & Associates appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. An exceptional gain of Rs 44.15 crore was recorded from sale of subsidiary CSSPL, partially offset by Rs 94.20 crore net expense from new labour codes. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
