Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Cupid Limited has allotted 10,75,78,560 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Re. 1 each to eligible shareholders. The bonus issue is in the ratio of 4:1, meaning 4 new shares for every 1 existing share held as on the record date of March 9, 2026. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased fivefold from Rs. 26,89,32,140 (2,68,93,214 shares) to Rs. 1,34,46,60,700 (1,34,46,60,700 shares). The bonus shares will rank equally with existing shares in all respects. The allotment was approved by the Board via circular resolution on March 10, 2026.
Shareholders receive 4 additional shares for every share held, increasing total share count fivefold. While the company's market cap remains unchanged in the short term, the lower per-share price post-adjustment may improve liquidity and retail participation. No new cash is raised by the company.
