Cupid Limited submitted its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. FY25 standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹18,352.13 lakhs from ₹17,108.87 lakhs (up ~7.3% YoY), with net profit at ₹4,093.01 lakhs vs ₹3,985.48 lakhs (~2.7% growth) and EPS of ₹1.52 vs ₹1.49 (restated). However, Q4 standalone revenue declined to ₹5,648.18 lakhs from ₹6,289.74 lakhs (down ~10.2% YoY) and Q4 net profit fell sharply to ₹1,155.37 lakhs from ₹2,371.71 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified/unqualified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also appointed Anudnya A Mehta & Associate as Internal Auditor for FY26 and SKJP & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term (FY26–FY30).
Full-year results show modest revenue and profit growth, but the sharp YoY decline in Q4 revenue and profit may raise concerns about near-term slowdown or base-effect issues. Unmodified auditor opinion and stable margins provide comfort, but investors should watch whether the Q4 weakness persists into FY26.
