Cupid Limited reported strong full-year FY26 results with standalone revenue of ₹35,771 Lacs, nearly doubling from ₹18,352 Lacs in FY25 (94.9% growth). Net profit surged to ₹10,826 Lacs from ₹4,093 Lacs, representing 164% PAT growth. EBITDA margin expanded from ~30% to ~38%. Operating cash flow turned positive at ₹4,612 Lacs (vs negative ₹1,114 Lacs in FY25). The company issued bonus shares in 4:1 ratio in March 2026, increasing share capital from ₹50 crores to ₹134.47 crores. Unused convertible warrants (₹96.30 crores upfront) were forfeited after 18-month expiry. Company Secretary Saurabh Karmase resigned and was replaced by Hardik Chandra on 16 May 2026. Internal auditors R. Thakkar & Associates were appointed for 3 years from FY27. Auditors Chaturvedi Sohan & Co. issued unqualified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
