On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts less than its Consumer Electronics peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
CWD Limited's board approved allotment of 1,15,654 equity shares on conversion of warrants at Rs. 907 each, along with 4,62,616 bonus shares at a 4:1 ratio (four new shares for every one held). The company received Rs. 7.87 crore from nine public allottees. Paid-up capital rose from Rs. 22.76 crore to Rs. 23.34 crore. The bonus was earlier approved via postal ballot in December 2025. About 2.48 lakh warrants are still pending conversion.
Dilution from preferential issue, but 4:1 bonus rewards existing shareholders. Share price may adjust lower on the ex-bonus date.
