Cybele Industries reported a strong turnaround for Q2 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations jumped to ₹743.05 lakhs from ₹341.22 lakhs a year ago, and H1 FY26 revenue rose to ₹1,133.20 lakhs (vs ₹734.05 lakhs in H1 FY25). Real estate other income of ₹960.49 lakhs in Q2 drove total income to ₹1,703.58 lakhs. Net profit swung to ₹863.17 lakhs in Q2 (vs a loss of ₹579.30 lakhs) and H1 FY26 net profit was ₹1,620.31 lakhs (vs a loss of ₹991.04 lakhs), with EPS of ₹15.15 for the half-year. On a consolidated basis, H1 FY26 net profit was ₹1,446.30 lakhs and operating cash flow turned strongly positive at ₹1,671.96 lakhs. The Board approved investing up to ₹7 crore each in wholly-owned subsidiaries Cybele Electronics and Cybele Electra via rights issue, and appointed Mr. V. Santhosh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Auditor Karpagam Krishnan & Natarajan issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Sharp swing to profitability and positive operating cash flow are positive for shareholders, though a large chunk of the profit comes from real estate (one-time-feeling) rather than the core cables business, which still posted a small Q2 loss. The ₹14 crore planned infusion into subsidiaries is a related-party outflow investors should monitor.
