Cyber Media India reported a significant turnaround in FY2026 with consolidated total income of Rs 10,458.78 lakhs, up 19.3% from Rs 8,765.06 lakhs in FY2025. The company swung from a consolidated loss of Rs 972.84 lakhs to a profit of Rs 390.08 lakhs. Standalone operations also recovered from a loss of Rs 1,191.56 lakhs to profit of Rs 54.64 lakhs. The Digital Services segment dominates with Rs 9,014.73 lakhs revenue (87% of total). The company completed a Rs 990.17 lakh right issue, with partial share forfeiture ongoing. A merger of subsidiary Cyber Media Research & Services Limited is pending SEBI approval. The board also approved renaming to 'Cyber Media Network Limited' subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
The company has staged a strong recovery from heavy losses in FY2025, with revenue growth of ~19% and return to profitability. However, negative equity of Rs 761.03 lakhs on consolidated basis (owners' share) remains a concern, alongside negative operating cash flows of Rs 329.87 lakhs. The right issue proceeds should help strengthen the balance sheet.
